Okay, here's the full (not spoilier filled) explination.

I was rereading some old Shonen Jumps, when I came across a picture of Gaara saying “When the moon is full, [my inner demon's] blood stirs" and then killing a ninja with a nice full moon in the background. In my version, however, his inner demon makes him sing songs (ie. I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts, we're knights of the round table, sheep got to heaven goats go to hell, etc. ). However, Temari (sister) and Kankurō (brother) are stumped as to why their bloodthursty little brother would behave like this!

Aw, thanks Kiwii-san. But you're costume and character design will always trumph mine.
